الطفل الذي ينضمّ إلى صف لا نطلب منه بريدًا إلكترونيًا ولا رقم هاتف ولا أي معلومة تواصل: يدخل برمز الصف واسمه ورقم سرّي من أربع خانات. لا نطلب من أحد صورته ولا مكانه. ولا نطلب سنة ميلاد أي طفل.
نشاط الطفل يراه معلّمه ووليّ الأمر المرتبط به. ويرى زملاء الصف الأسماء في قائمة الصف — وهي تظهر لكل من يكتب رمز الصف، فلا يُعطى الرمز إلا لأهل الصف — والتعليقات على الواجبات ومواعيد الصف مع اسم كاتبها.
ليس في التطبيق إعلانات، ولا نستخدم بيانات الأطفال لأي غرض إعلاني.
نستخدمها لتشغيل ميزات الصف — الحضور والنقاط والأنشطة والتواصل بين المعلّم والأهل — ولتحسين جودة التطبيق واستقراره. لا نبيع بيانات المستخدمين لأي طرف ثالث.
ولمساعدة المدارس وصيانة الخدمة تعرض لوحة فريقنا البريد والأسماء وهواتف أولياء الأمور وقوائم الصفوف وأعداد النشاط وعناوين الواجبات والمواعيد، ولا تعرض نصّ أخبار الصف ولا التعليقات ولا ما يسلّمه الطفل. والاستثناء الوحيد ما جرى التبليغ عنه: يُعرض نصّه على فريقنا ليُنظر في البلاغ.
تُخزَّن بياناتكم على البنية التحتية لشركة Cloudflare (قواعد بيانات وتخزين سحابي)، ويُنقل الاتصال بها عبر تشفير قياسي (HTTPS). كلمات المرور والأرقام السرّية ورموز الدخول لا تُحفظ كما هي، بل مشفّرة تشفيرًا لا يُعكس.
نستعين بعدد محدود من الخدمات التقنية، ولا تصلها بياناتكم إلا بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة:
لا يُطلب أي دفع داخل التطبيق اليوم، فلا مزوّد دفع.
يرى وليّ الأمر والمعلّم بيانات الطفل المرتبطة بحسابهما داخل التطبيق، ويمكنهما طلب الاطّلاع عليها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بالتواصل معنا. ويمكن حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق نفسه، كما تبيّن الفقرة التالية.
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسيظهر أي تعديل هنا مع تاريخ التحديث.

استخدامكم لتطبيق أطفالي يعني موافقتكم على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافقوا عليها، يُرجى التوقّف عن استخدام التطبيق.
يُنشئ المعلّمون وأولياء الأمور حساباتهم بأنفسهم، ويجب أن يكونوا بالغين (١٨ سنة فأكثر). حساب الطفل ينشئه وليّ أمره أو معلّمه، لا الطفل نفسه، ولا يحتاج إلى بريد إلكتروني ولا إلى كلمة مرور.
أنتم مسؤولون عن صحة المعلومات التي تُدخلونها وعن الحفاظ على سرّية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بحسابكم.
يُمنع نشر محتوى مسيء أو غير لائق عبر المحادثة أو التسليمات أو المناسبات، ويُمنع محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به لأي جزء من التطبيق أو تعطيل عمله. ويستطيع كل من في الصف التبليغ عن تعليق يخالف ذلك، ويستطيع المعلّم حذفه أو إيقاف تعليقات الطفل مؤقتاً.
المطبوعات والمناهج المتاحة داخل التطبيق مرخّصة للاستخدام الشخصي في الصف أو البيت، ولا يجوز إعادة بيعها أو توزيعها. المحتوى الذي يُنشئه المعلّم — رسائل، مناسبات، صور — يبقى ملكًا له، ويمنحنا ترخيصًا لعرضه داخل التطبيق لتقديم الخدمة.
نسعى لإتاحة التطبيق باستمرار، لكن لا نضمن عدم انقطاعه، وقد تتغيّر ميزاته مع الوقت.
لا يُطلب أي دفع داخل التطبيق اليوم. جزء من الألعاب مفتوح للجميع، وبقية المكتبة تُفتح بالاشتراك، والاشتراك لم يبدأ بيعه بعد. ثمنه وطريقة شرائه يُعلنان بوضوح قبل بدء البيع، وأي تغيير لاحق في الثمن يُعلن بوضوح قبل تطبيقه.
نبذل جهدنا لتقديم خدمة موثوقة، لكننا لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي ضرر غير مباشر ناتج عن استخدام التطبيق، إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون المعمول به.
يمكنكم حذف حسابكم في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق. ويحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط. وإن لم يعد التطبيق عندكم فاطلبوا الحذف من هذه الصفحة: atfaly-amazing.com/delete-account/. ونحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً من تأكيد الطلب.
